Urinary tract TB usually involves the kidneys and doesn't cause symptoms like yours. Conceivably it could do so if TB involves the lower tract (e.g. prostate), but that's very unusual. If you have urethral discharge in addition to painful urination, you may still have an STD that doesn't show up on standard tests, like nongonococcal urethritis, Mycoplasma genitalium, urethral herpes, and others.

From your description it is probably not from your childhood TB if it was successfully treated. Best is to see a Urologist to find cause. Good luck
