Lactobacillus is normal bacteria in and around the genitals and not the cause of your symptoms. What do you mean by "UTI symptoms" and "STD clear"? Lower genital STD symptoms are discharge and pain ONLY when voiding; UTI usually has urgency, frequency, bladder discomfort. There is little overlap. If STD testing was only for gonorrhea/chlamydia, you still might have nongonococcal urethritis, an STD

I have all the symptoms of a severe UTI, but all my tests are negative, urine cultures are negative, sti/std tests negative, got an ultrasound done and they found nothing. All tests negative, anyone have an idea on what it could be?
UTI like symptoms (burning, frequent urination, etc) almost every other week, but urine cultures come back clean. Plus weight gain, almost 20 pounds in less than a month . Could this be an issue with the kidneys?? STD tests also came back negative?
