BV rarely cause blood in the urine (hematuria) or bloody vaginal discharge. Pink urine in toilet bowl can be from vagina, not urine by itself. Are you close to your period time? Bladder infection causes more urinary symptoms (frequency, burning, feeling of incompleteness after void) than BV. If no period next 24 hours and urinary sx get worse, call your doctor for empiric tx or repeat urine test.

Make sure it is in urine and not from the vaginal area. If it is then see your MD and get a urinalysis. Why were you tested for UTI? Did you have symptoms? Treatment should be directed at your symptoms and not on the tests.
