No, but not good!: Certain types of infections can cause infertility, especially if left untreated. For example, chlamydia or gonorrhea infections can cause a condition known as pelvic inflammatory disease which causes scars to form in your uterus. You should be evaluated for these and be evaluated for your other symptoms to ensure that you have a safe, healthy pregnancy.

UTI&BV Infertility?: Good news is that UTI should not cause infertility or bacterial vaginosis (bv). However, if you are getting recurrent infection then perhaps you are at increased risk for an infection that might affect your fertility. You might also want to have your immune system checked if recurrent infection. See your gynecologist and talk about prevention as well as treatment.
