GYN exam: You will need a pelvic exam, urine analysis ans culture and a vaginal culture. You may have trichomonas witha superimposed UTI.

BV? Trich? Other?: This situation is too complex for clear answers online. Fishy vaginal odor strongly suggests BV or trichomonas, despite negative tests so far. OTOH, urine odor, burning and leaking don't fit with any vaginal infection. Discuss with doctor, including re-test for BV and DNA test for trichomonas. Good luck!
