Pelvic congestion: Is a common cause of a discharge when infection is ruled out. It is best left alone. However i would get an ultrasound, pap smear to make sure all gyn pathology is ruled out.

Please bring this up with your Gynecologist who knows your medical history. If you don't have confidence in your Doctor see another for a second opinion.
