Could be: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, inflammation causes lymph nodes. Infection, trauma or other disruption of the testes can cause any of these, so, being related to each other seems possible.

I found a left varicocele and a hard module on the right testis. I asked if the lump was a cyst of the epididymis, but he said it was directly on the testis. He did not diagnose; he said to wait until it is 1cm. Do MDs usually not diagnose lumps?
2 months ago, had hematospermia. US found small cyst on left epididymis & varicocele on left. No STD or UTI. PA gave abx, cleared pain & blood. Fine for month, then sore/achy in testes. Sore after ejac. Urologist says nothing wrong. Possible dx?
