Add water, juice: Constipation in babies is easily treated. Add 60-120 ml of apple or pear juice daily to soften the stool. Increase water intake )offer bottles or sippy cups of water throughout the day. Watch how much milk your baby is taking in now that she is eating pureed and soft foods. At 10 months she should be taking in only about 700-800 ml of formula daily, divided into 3-4 bottles.
