We usually pay concern to constipation when it is a SUDDEN change in the bowel habit and especially there are associated symptoms such as weight loss, abdominal pain, poor appetite, etc. and the lack of other precipitating factors for constipation such as stress, change in diet or fluid intake, etc. In your case, you need to overcome this problem with exercise, high fiber diet & good fluid intake.
