Normal stooling: If she is having several stools a day, it would be hard to say she is constipated.

No: Soft stools do't qualify as constipation. Think clods of dirt or thick rabbit pellets, consistency really defines the issue. Many kids will grunt & groan when they pass a stool & make quite a show of facial expressions. This is primarily due to week belly muscles, & using the diaphram to push, not constipation.

Unlikely: If she is having several bowel movements a day and is still eating and acting normally it is doubtful that she is constipated. If she is irritable, crying incessantly, not feeding regularly, sleeping excessively or develops fever have her see a pediatrician asap. Otherwise just watch and wait.
