Constipation: Best not to use Karo syrup in a 3 month old because the immune system isn't mature yet. No Qtip stimulation. Baby products prune juice is a good idea. Make sure the baby is taking in fluids well. 2 days is not worrisome unless the baby is uncomfortable or the stools are hard and painful to pass. May be time to visit your pediatrician.
