Likely fine: Breastfed babies can go a week or longer without poop. They utilize the breast milk so well, they don't make much poop. At 23 days, though, I'd be concerned tou may not be producing enough milk for her to make waste. You need to be sure she is at least back to her birth weight or higher, and that she is having 8-12 wet diapers daily. See pediatrician to make sure these are happening and discuss!

Exclude bleeding: The stool may contain heme, and can be tested by your Pediatrician. Other causes include an infection. Most likely it is normal, since stool color may vary. Ensure good hydration and that she has an adequate supply of breast milk. If her lips are dry and there are more dry diapers, please provide 4 oz of sterile water and see your Pediatrician right away. A flu vaccination is recommended.
