My baby is 7 weeks old and has not passed any stools for an entire day. i am breastfeeding and also giving nan sensitive formula in the afternoon. how often should baby be passing stools? what could be the problem? last stool was watery, not hard.

Not a huge deal: Breast fed infants are famously irregular in their bowel habits.
