I have almost 5 months old baby. his stool is black and he cries a lot when passing the stool. the stool is sometimes soft and sometimes hard. he doesnt poop for 3 to 4 days. i am not breastfeeding. should i be worried?

Infant ?'s: "Black stools" can be secondary to intestinal bleeding, so your son should be checked by a pediatrician for testing and medication to assist with bowel function.
