My 2 months old daughter is passing yellow very very slimy stools and she usually pushes with so much force only to find its just the slimy watery poop. she is breastfeed only. ?

Can be normal: Yellow stools can be normal in a breast-fed infant.If this is a change (the slimy part) and if she is otherwise well, I would first assess your diet to see if anything has changed.Other important aspects are history of any travel,exposure to others who are ill,fever,vomiting,other signs of illness.If she has any of these or is worsening or is not having wet diapers, please contact her doctor.
