Breastfeeding issues: Talk to a lactation consultant or a midwife in person to get help with positioning and latching techniques. Since your baby has hard, pebble like poop, add 1-2 ounces of formula twice daily to increase his total fluids. Do not give plain water or any juice as his intestinal tract is too immature for this.

Not well hydrated: I suspect the problem is not constipation but mild to moderate dehydration from not getting enough fluids from nursing, especially if you are having problems with nursing. You need to call your pediatrician tomorrow and get hooked up with a lactation consultant, or call the nursery where he was born and see if they have a lactation consultant that can see you. Baby needs more fluids, nurse more!
