I went to the doctor for a std check up. i told them i had chlamydia, because the person i had unprotected sex with was notified by his doctor he had chlamydia. 10 days after the antibiotics the symptoms came back.

????????: You did not post a recognizable question. Basically you can get chlamydia again or some other STD or other localized infection that may produce similar symptoms.

Chlamydia often causes the same symptoms as urinary tract ("water") infection. But if you do have a UTI, the first choice chlamydia antibiotic (doxycycline) probably will also cure the UTI.
