Good news: A negative RPR test means you have not been exposed to syphillis, a sexually transmitted disease. If the HIV test is negative, but you have had unprotected sex, shared a needle or body fluid, you should repeat the test in @6 weeks to confirm that you really do not have hiv. In the meantime, practice safe sex and don't share needles.

No: If i understand your question correctly, the report says your blood tests are "non-reactive" for hiv. That means there are no antibodies in your blood against the virus, suggesting you have not been exposed to it, in other words the test is negative. "non-reactive" does not suggest you have aids.
