Ive had aching pains in my right testicle for 3 weeks but sti, ultrasound and urine tests are all negative. small benign cyst on left testicle. ive been given nitrofurantoin and ofloxacin but no change. currently on doxycycline. what could this be?

In my opinion you have had a lot of un-needed tests and treatments. This could be a small epidydimal cyst or irritation. wear a good scrotal support and take Ibuprofen for a few days. If not better see a Urologist at an academic center
