Daily although on & off right testicle pain for 4+ weeks despite clear 2x sti, ultrasound, urine culture & prostate tests and 10 days doxycycline course. what could it be?

It could be a small epidid cyst, local neuralgia- not everything shows up on labs and tests. Simple- wear a good support underwear and if not better in 3-4 weeks see a Urologist .
