?epididymitis: Depending on your age and activity level this may be epididymitis. Sensitivity of the epididymis. Treatment is usually conservative with anti inflammatories (ibuprofen, etc), support clothing, minimizing touch to the area and time. One needs to consider Testicle cancer so an exam by an experienced Urologist or a scrotal ultrasound can be helpful as well to rule this out.
