Most probably not : Only the pathology report on a biopsy of the "white spot" on your cervix can answer your question. Most HPV associated lesions of the cervix are transient and often will resolve spontaneously particularly in healthy non-immunosuppressed or HIV negative women. The persistent presence of some HPV subtypes can over years become malignant. Your "white spot" most probably "does not mean cancer".
