How do i stop the balls of my feet to stop hurting ? not sure if the pain is from my arch or at the bottom of my toes they both hurt.

Biomechanics: It could be from a structural problem; either your feet are too flat, or conversely, the arch is too high. You need a biomechanical exam with a local podiatrist. Regards, Dr. Latva

Cause of pain..: The best way to stop them from hurting is to find the cause of them hurting. Some considerations are neuropathy, vascular, systemic and mechanical. A thorough history as well as a lower extremity evaluation would be a good start.
