I had a hysterectomy 4 yrs ago the other nite after sex there was light bleeding on the sheets. today i have severe pain n lower left abdomen ?

Vaginal cuff: Sometimes sex can cause trauma or irritation of the vaginal cuff and will cause bleeding (usually light) and pain. However, if your ovaries are still intact, the pain could be related to an ovarian cyst or trauma to the ovary from vigorous sex. If it persists, you may want to see a gynecologist soon.
