Endometriosis?: Did you have endometriosis? It's possible you could have it in the vaginal cuff. It could also be a tubal prolapse. Either way. You should probably have your ovaries removed. Which could be done laparoscopically.

Rule out atrophic ch: Even though the ovaries are left behind, you are at the approximate age of menopause, might want to try treatment for atrophic changes in the vagina. Get Gynecological exam and cultures for proper treatment of any infection.
