Need exam!!: Vaginal bleeding that far out from hysterectomy needs evaluation to determine source. To rule out a growth/lesion in the vagina as well as the possibility that the source of bleeding may be from the anus or rectum. Ultrasound of the pelvis may be useful or a ct scan as well.

Not normal: You should generally not have vaginal bleeding after having a hysterectomy. You should see your doctor to find out why you are bleeding.
