No false negatives: The RPR test is always positive within 6 weeks of a new syphlilis infection. False negative RPR test results are exremely rare. You should stop testing. If you have symptoms that make you suspect syphilis, you can be confident it's actually something else. See your doctor or the STD clinic if you remain conerned.
