Dear kind doctor, reverse algorithmn syphilis test by use tpha and result negative after 204 days, just read that rpr is better to detect primary syphilis, should i take rpr or vdrl as traditional test ? or it is already enought ? thank you?

Although TPHA is not recommended for screening, that negative result proves you do not have syphilis and never did. No more testing is necessary. Please stop your repeated questions about it!
