None of the covid vaccines can cause these lab test abnormalities. The results you report are confusing, however. Weakly reactive (WR) RPR needs a confirmatory test to know whether you might have past or current syphilis. If HBsAg is positive, you definitely are infected with hepatitis B virus. If only HBsAb positive, it's either past HBV or past immunization against hep B. Discuss w/ your doctor.

This has not been studied but logically it would be very rare to no Last part -yes if the immune system is normal
