I have a singular white spot on my labia majora that seems to be 'leaking' white pus-like fluid when squeezed. is this likely folliculitus or herpes?

Folliculitis: Herpetic lesions, usually, present very differently (ulcerated, raw areas that are quite painful; even to touch), especially if we're talking about a primary outbreak.

Folliculitis: It is more likely to be folliculitis than herpes. Please wash your parts with soap and water frequently to prevent other hair follicles from getting infected. If the discharge does not stop in a week or so, you should see your doctor.
