I have an increasing amount of small painless flesh coloured bumps on my cliteral hood and the outside of my labia minora. they often had white heads and when squeezed some white thick pus comes out. are these fordyce spots or something else?

Vaginal bumps ?'s: The "flesh colored bumps" may be molluscum contagiousum, a viral skin condition spread by sexual contact and very easily spread. See your gyn physician for a confirming diagnosis.
