I am having a pus fluid cyst in my pelvic region next to the left side wall of labia minora {not inside but outside on the skin} which grows frequently and leaks pus then gets normal for weak and develops again...what should i do??

An infection,: most likely needs surgical drainage, to get resolved. An exam with your doctor is appropriate.
