Hard to say: All those tests results mean is that you've had previous exposure to hsv 1, nothing about current infection. Contrary to popular belief, hsv 1 and 2 can interchangeably cause oral and genital ulcers; the only thing that differs really is chance of recurrent lesions. The negative culture could be useful if done early; however, the sensitivity rapidly drops as the lesions start healing.
