See below: Given your history of sexually transmitted infection (HPV is STD) you may have pelvic inflammation from another infection like chlamydia or gonococcal infection. It would be prudent to consult your gynecologist for an evaluation. You are still young enough to take HPV vaccination and I would recommend it.
