Vaginal irritation: Due to your ovarian insufficiency, your estrogen levels are likely low ,leading to the vaginal dryness. This dryness is likely the cause of the burning during intercourse and the spotting after. There are excellent estrogen creams that can be used vaginally to reduce dryness. Lubricants may also be helpful, but long term the condition will likely respond better to the estrogen cream.
