High low: Chance of it affecting you is extremely low. Chance of you contracting the virus is high if she has active HPV infection. If the abnormal pap is distant, she may not have active infection.

Possible: There are various subtypes of the HPV virus and they can be transferred by oral sex. The probability depends on how active her disease is at present. If her diagnosis was well in the past and her recent paps are normal, there would be less chance.
