What's the tactile difference between normal breasts and implants?

Saline vs Silicone: Saline breast implants are more easily felt than silicone implants although either can be felt within the breast tissue. The saline implants do feel different than breast tissue (more like a water balloon) while the silicone implants are softer and move more like natural breast tissue. Some may have difficulty "noticing" the presence of silicone implants.

Depends on style: This wil depend on the style, shape, size and full of the implant but generally speaking soft silicone breast implants feel more like normal breast tissue than saline implants. Fat transfer may create an entirely normal feeling breast if no cysts occur.
