Please advise what is the difference between breast implants and breast lift?

Breast augmentation: Breast implants are placed to increase the volume of the breasts. A breast lift involves reshaping the breast skin and tissue to raise it higher on the chest wall. This does not change the volume of the breast.

Reshape vs resize: Breast implants will change the volume and/or size of your breasts whereas a breast lift will usually reposition or reshape the location and arrangement of the nipple/areola/gland on the chest wall.

A breast lift focuses on lifting and repositioning the breast tissue and areolas for a perkier contour, while a breast augmentation uses implants to increase volume and projection. These cosmetic procedures can be combined when indicated.
