Spotting only: Normally, there is very little bleeding and bruising after breast implants. Some spotting on the bandages or bra may occur for the first 24 hours. If you are having more bleeding than that, call your Plastic Surgeon to be certain that all is well. If bleeding occurs inside it will enlarge the side with bleeding and hurt a lot more on that side. This too should be addressed by your Plastic Surgeon.
