A member asked:

What does chemo do to a broken bone?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Could make it heal: Chemotherapy , if it works well, can clear up the cancer cells enough that the bone could heal. If chemo does not work then of course the bone problem can only get worse. Sometimes application of local radiotherapy can help accomplish healing better than chemo can. So ask your doctor about this option.
