Ask his Physician: You need to get more information about your brother bladder cancer. Please find out if his bladder cancer is curative or he already has document metastatic disease. You should also get the most recent radiographic imaging of his disease status. If he has bone metastasis then he should be treated with either zometa or xgeva (denosumab) for his bone treatment. He may need radiation therapy or chemotherapy.
