Prostate cancer: Decision will be up to the patient. His doctor may recommend the treatment- but- if the patient does not want the treatment then it will be up to him to decide. Besides chemo, there are other therapies he should consider- including- xtandi and zytiga- both are oral medication-and are not chemotherapy. Side effects are less compared to chemo. Something that he should discuss with his doctor.
