Can an osteopath treat all over muscle tension and get rid of it?

Perhaps: This depends on the cause of the all over muscle tension. Osteopaths can work miracles with their subtle adjustments, if your tension is caused by structural imbalances then a good osteopath, esp. A cranial osteopath, may help a great deal. If not caused by structural imbalances then it will depend on their other skills (besides osteopathic manipulation), as they have other medical training too.
