How to get rid of a pulled back muscle

See below: Most minor muscle strains will go away on there own. Heat, gentle stretching, tylenol, (acetaminophen) anti-inflammatories can be helpful for many. Important not to spend too much time laid up in bed as this does not help. If the pain is severe and debilitating, see your doctor.

Exercise: Leave your knees on the floor face down while doing pushups. This stretches the musclews of the back. Ice is also nice to apply. Ben gay also works well.
