Nausea could be: A part of anxiety, a side effect of your meds or a sign of stomach irritation and acidity.Drinks lots of water, take otc antacids, cut down on coffee and soda. If symptom persists, follow up with your dr. Take care!

Not the best: For many reasons, to take ocassionally for anxiety, xanax (alprazolam) is not the best option if it gives you any kind of side effect like you describe. Many better options exist, consult your dr for alternatives, and possibly to rule out other reasons of your nausea. Good luck.
