Elevation is good: I , personally don't make my patients sleep with their boot, but best to check with your doc as we don't know what type of injury you have.

Check with your doc: Without knowing your injury it is very difficult to make a determination if you should still wear the boot. I agree with some of the other doctors that I do not have most my patients wear one while they sleep. It is always a good idea to continue to elevate to reduce swelling in the injured extremity.
