Broke malleous lateral fibula a week ago i'm in a walking boot doesn't feel too tight but toes and foot are tingling and feel asleep also my foot is really bruised can't loosen the boot any further or it will fall off my foot feels cold ?

Need reevaluated: Swelling may be causing vascular compromise. Need to be seen and possibly put in a different kind of cast. Toes tingling and cold are bad signs and should be looked at immediately
