Pain: Fractures can be painful even if your wearing a booth 3 days after the fracture. If pain anf swelling get worse see your doctor.

Is boot too tight?: Pain can persist for a few days even when the foot is immobilized especially in this weather. Call your md to reevaluate your condition.
