I have bursitis on bottom of my foot. i had steroid shot two weeks ago & still painful. because my job requires a lot of walking, would it be helpful for me to wear a surgical boot or shoe on that foot?

Depends which bursa and where it is located. Best person to advice is the doc treating you

I would recommend seeing a podiatrist. If located in heel diagnosis might be incorrect. If plantar fasciitis no more than two injection of cortisone in a shot period. At 3-4 weeks apart. If fasciitis , orthotic or surgery required
