Sure: Although you will probably be asked to remove it for the surgery. You could potentially lose the piercing (although this isn't likely). Your surgeon can let you know if that might happen ahead of time. Worst case scenario is that you would lose the piercing but could have it replaced later down the road.

Yes: Nose ring is ok for rhinoplasty. Bu you have to take them out befor the surgery.

Yes: Nose rings usually will not affect the surgery but need to be taken out during the surgery.

Yes but...: Yes but you may be asked to remove it and/or replace it with a non-conductive or non-metal spacer. Metal can potentially conduct electricity or heat used during the procedure and produce a burn.It may also become loose or dislodged into your airway during anesthesia when your protective reflexes are impaired.

Yes: You can remove nose ring during surgery. Nose ring can be placed after surgery.

Nose Ring: Yes or No: Yes, but nose ring should be removed before surgery. Typically if placed correctly it will not have created a problem so will not complicate rhinoplasty. However, recently I operated on a patient who had 2 nose rings, one in the nostril and the other in the septum. Both areas were through her cartilage and left gaps in her nasal cartilages. These were easily dealt with but unexpected things happen.
